Choosing a receiving workflow after Stocky

Start with Shopify's official transition guidance. Native Shopify PO workflows also support CSV import. You may not need another app.

Where ReceiveFlow fits

Create POs from existing catalog products, receive partial deliveries, update Shopify inventory when confirming receipt, and generate barcode or price-label PDFs in one separate app.

What it does not do

ReceiveFlow does not import native Shopify POs or Transfers. It is not a complete Stocky migration tool and does not offer demand forecasting or accounting integration. Do not assume a Stocky export can be imported unchanged.

Before switching

1. Check whether managing POs separately fits your team.
2. Keep existing exports and historical records as an archive.
3. Try a small genuine delivery or a development store. Confirming receipt changes inventory.
4. Check PDF quantities and printer settings. Labels can reflect cumulative receipts.
5. Choose a paid plan only if its features are needed.

Free allows up to 3 open POs, receiving, label PDFs and CSV export. Starter is $15/month for unlimited open POs and CSV import. Pro is $29/month and adds multi-location receiving, expected-restock dates and receipt history. Paid plans have a 14-day trial.
