Your first delivery
Before you start
ReceiveFlow keeps its own POs. It does not import native Shopify POs or Transfers. Check that this separate workflow fits your store.
Creating a PO does not change stock. Confirming receipt updates Shopify inventory. Use a small genuine delivery or a development store. Do not confirm fictitious quantities just to test labels.
1. Create a purchase order
Open ReceiveFlow from Shopify admin, choose New PO, search your existing catalog, add products and enter ordered quantities. Add your reference and supplier, then save.
2. Receive what arrived
Open the PO and enter only quantities physically received. Check the destination location before confirming. Partial deliveries leave the remaining quantity open. If the result is unclear, check the PO and inventory before trying again.
3. Check and print labels
Open the PDF and check product details, quantities, label stock, printer scaling and paper settings. Print a small sample first. Labels can reflect cumulative quantities received on the PO, not just today's delivery. Check before printing to avoid duplicates.
Verify Shopify inventory at the receiving location. Export the PO to CSV for your records.
